Using “Cash My Rewards” app from outside India

The “Cash My Rewards” app is designed for users in India to convert their Google Play Balance into cash. While primarily available in India, we have received numerous requests from international users looking to convert their Play Balance.

In response, we occasionally extend our service to users outside India. To access this service, international users must first accept our additional terms of service. Once they agree to these terms, they can easily convert their Play Balance to cash using our app.

Additional Term of Service for Internation Users of “Cash My Rewards” App

We provide a 70% conversion rate for our Indian users after deducting Google’s charges and our service fee. However, for users outside India, there are additional charges:

1. Tax: If your government or country imposes any tax, we do not receive that amount for conversion, so it will be excluded from the conversion.
2. Currency Conversion Fee: We make payouts in our local currency, Indian Rupees (INR). If you prefer a different currency, there will be charges for currency conversion.
3. PayPal Fee: If you don’t have a bank account in India, we use PayPal for sending payouts outside India, and PayPal may charge a fee for their international transaction service

• Considering all the above charges, you will receive less than 70%.

• We use PayPal for international transactions as payment for services or products.

• Payments are processed within 6-8 days after token purchase. However, depending on your PayPal account status, PayPal may hold your funds for up to 21 days.

• The exact payout amount can be calculated after you place an order.

• After successfully placing an order in the app and sending us the order details, we will calculate your payout amount and inform you. If you accept the payout amount, we will proceed. If you do not agree with the amount, we will refund your purchase.
