Our Services (Google Play Balance and Amazon Pay Balance Conversion Service) which includes our website (CashMyRewards.in) and our Android Apps (“Cash My Rewards” and “Rewards in Wallet”), allow our users to use Provided for the following conditions.*

Every person who wishes to use our services must read these terms carefully and agree to them. If anyone does not agree to these Terms or any minor part thereof, they should not use our Services. Use of our Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If anyone neglects to read and understand these terms, it will be his/her fault and we will not be responsible in any way for any untoward situation.

So read these terms carefully.

  1. If you do not agree to our Terms of Service in full as set forth below, please do not use our Services. Use our Services only if you fully agree to these Terms and when you use our Services, you will be deemed to have fully agreed to our Terms.
  2. Our apps can be downloaded from Google Play Store. From time to time, the work of adding new features, removing old features, or making other changes to the Apps and Website may be done. As soon as a new version comes in the Play Store or the website is updated, the features and instructions of the new version will be valid. That’s why the user should always use the latest version.
  3. In order to use the app, the user has to grant internet access permission to the app.
  4. The instructions written on the main page and other pages of the App have to be read carefully and use the App accordingly. If a user has any problem with any instruction or any function then they can contact us. If you do not agree with any of the instructions or functions, the User should not use the App.
  5. Some links may be provided in the app to help our users or for better working of the app, which may take the user out of the app to another app or to another website.
  6. To convert his Google Play balance into cash, the user has to buy tokens in our app. Google Play balance will be deducted from the user’s Google Play balance by our billing partner upon purchase of tokens. The bill (or receipt) of your taking this token will be sent to your email by Google Play. When the user clicks on any token, from then till the token purchase is completed (success or fail), the work is done by Google Billing, so Google Billing will be responsible for any problem or refund during this time and you will be charged during this time. For any problem encountered, you have to contact Google Play Store.
  7. When your token purchase is completed (successful), then you will be shown a new page in the app, in which you will see your token and order id, as well as put your name and payment details below, take a screenshot, then click on the send button. When you click on send button then your WhatsApp will open and a pre-created message will be ready to send on our WhatsApp number.
  8. You do not have to edit this automatic message, it will contain your name, payment details, and purchase order id.
  9. If we get this message on WhatsApp, we will reply to you as soon as possible and confirm your purchase and give you the payment date.
  10. The balance conversion amount and payment time will be communicated to the user in advance in the instructions in the app. This conversion amount and payment time can be changed by us as per requirement. And accordingly, the user will get the payment.
  11. The user has to wait for the payment till the given time. Before that the user cannot pressurize the operator in any way for payment.
  12. The user will be used for payment by copy-pasting the payment details given by you and if the payment goes to any other or wrong account then the user will be responsible for it. Users can give UPI id, Paytm wallet, bank details, or PayPal id for payment, once you verify whatever payment details you give, it is correct. If you give only the mobile number in the payment details and do not tell whether payment is required in UPI or Paytm wallet, then we can send the payment to UPI or Paytm wallet linked to that number at our convenience.
  13. Sometimes the payment may get stuck due to a technical fault in the bank server, in such a situation one has to wait till the pending payment is cleared which may take up to 3 working days as per the rules of the bank. If the payment fails, you will be sent the payment again.
  14. Any data collected from you through our app or for our service will be used in accordance with our privacy policy to which you agree.
  15. If you have mistakenly taken the token in the app and you want to cancel the purchase or get a refund, then within 48 hours of the purchase you can get the refund from your play store or by contacting us. After this there is no possibility of a refund, if in any case refund is made by us then a charge can be taken for that.
  16. After 48 hours of purchase and outside our permission, if any user takes a refund through any trick or tries to scam or fraud, then action can be taken against him and he or his details can be put on the fraud list.
  17. If any user tries to take payment by editing photo, editing email or giving the wrong order id then action can be taken against them.
  18. We are not liable for any wrongful or negligent use of this App or our Services by any person.
  19. This app and our services are meant to help people and have no intention of causing any harm to anyone in any way. We will not be responsible if anything happens accidentally or unintentionally. Still, to solve any unwanted situation, the first resort will be taken through negotiation. More than this, if there is a need to go to any government judicial institution, then all unwanted situations will be settled in the judicial institution of the home district (or state) of the service provider.
  20. These Terms of our Services are subject to change by us from time to time.
