How to use the Cash My Rewards app
Using this app to convert play balance is very easy. you just have to follow these 3 steps. But before that first download and install the app from the play store.
Step 1:- Purchase a token
After you installed the app, open it. You will see different tokens and important note buttons in the app.
**Before using the app and making any transaction you should read the important note. and only after you agree with the term and conditions use the app.**
Now click on the token amount that you want to convert. you can purchase any token multiple times.
You will see a small pop-up below asking you to complete the transaction. Use “1-tap buy” to purchase the token.
After a Successful purchase don’t click back or don’t close the window wait 2-3 seconds and you will get the next screen.
Step 2:- Send your payment and order details to us
After payment is successful you will come to the next screen here:
You will see your order ID and token amount and space to fill in your payment details. Fill in your UPI address or Paytm wallet number for payment and your name and click on send button:
After clicking on send button WhatsApp will open and your name, UPI, and Order Id will automatically become a Whatsapp message. Send this Whatsapp message. we will receive that message with your order and payment details.
If you don’t have WhatsApp or don’t want to use WhatsApp then take a screenshot of the details page and send that to our mail address.
Step 3:- Relax and enjoy your money
After sending details on WhatsApp you will get an estimated date of the money transfer which is usually 5-8 days. Now relax and wait for the given time. On the given date enjoy your money in your bank account or Paytm wallet.
